Contact the appropriate city for other zoning information. Most of the parcel attributes are joined to SanGIS graphics from County Assessor files and are updated weekly. SanGIS does not enter ownership information. If you detect errors in the attributes, we can pass those along to the Assessor but we cannot make the changes ourselves. We will make corrections to the polygon boundaries and APNs. The parcel_all layer now includes condominium records. If you use the identify tool on a condo polygon you will see multiple ownership records displayed for the condo owners. The parcels are also now multi-part.
