The property benefits from significant access to fiber networking, redundant electrical, cooling and back-up generator capacity typical of a Tier III data center. Fisher Plaza serves as the headquarters of its owner, Fisher Communications, and is the base for its affiliates including KOMO TV and their three Seattle radio stations. Our team appraised both the market value and market rent for the site, and then deliberated with Google s arbitrators to establish a mutually-acceptable resolution. Queen Mary Seaport Long Beach, CA Kidder Mathews provided a market value estimate for Queen Mary Seaport, which included the Queen Mary ocean liner operated as a hotel, plus 40 acres of waterfront land leased from the City of Long Beach. In addition to the Queen Mary, the assets included the largest geodesic dome in the Western U.S., a cruise ship terminal, Catalina Ferry terminal, and the Queen Mary events park. Golden State Warriors Event Center & Mixed-Use Development San Francisco, CA Kidder Mathews valued the air rights associated with two proposed office towers, Chase Center, of nearly 600,000 square feet that are to be built as part of the Golden State Warriors sports and entertainment complex. The office buildings will be largely occupied by Uber Technologies.
