3 After spending almost ten years working in property development and estate agency in Dubai, we ve come back to Portsmouth bringing a new style of estate agency to the City. We call it One Agent: One Solution. Our approach turns the standard Estate Agency model on it s head to the benefit of the customer. We assign one expert agent to handle all aspects of your property sale or letting, including valuations, visits, phone calls, liaison and negotiations so that you receive a seamless service and only ever have to deal with one person. Our Agents are highly skilled and motivated and we support this with financial incentives, recognition and reward - reinforcing their focus to succeed for you. We have a highly proactive approach to marketing your property including PR, social media, online portals, print and campaigns together with our agents personally networking in the market place to find the right buyer for you. 4 OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM JAMIE GRAY 2008 moved from UK to Middle East launched and delivered development projects in Dubai, Sharjah, Oman and Lebanon, delivering over $500m in gross sales headed up one of the fastest growing real estate agencies in Dubai with an investment arm that oversaw $600m in transactions left the UAE to return to the UK and join his brother Daniel and apply their collective experiences and skills to launch NEXA Properties. DANIEL GRAY Real estate career began during his time as a professional rugby player for Bristol rugby club. Built a steady string of small scale property developments, adding value through re-design and refurbishment. Grew portfolio together with Jamie, now over 118 luxury student units across 32,000sq ft of buildings in prime city centre locations NEIL THORPE Began estate agency career began in 2012 working for a local, independent agency in Southsea Within months leading the lettings department at the North End office. Department exceeded all growth forecasts Sales and lettings achievements leads to Agent of the Year awards in 2014 and 2015 Agreed to lead the Nexa team and deliver the One Agent: One Solution approach in Portsmouth. 4

7 We do our homework and our valuation is based on a thorough assessment of your property together with a full market appraisal of the area. This enables us to make a confident assessment of the right property value. Our aim is to get the value spot on and then market the property effectively through our many channels. These include Rightmove, Zoopla, our own website and social media channels. We handle all calls and visits in a warm, professional and friendly manner. We place great importance on the visits we make to the property with prospective buyers and are rigorous in qualifying those prospective buyers. Having worked in property for many years here in Portsmouth, we have been fortunate enough to build relationships with a number of excellent legal firms and solicitors that specialize in property transactions and contracts.
