12 Retail Aency Property Manaement In-town retail The team has a wealth of experience in the South Wales and South West and acts on behalf of a rane of landlord and retailer clients on a broad spectrum of instructions. We have the larest market share of shoppin centre consultancy, actin on around 20 throuhout the reion and representin a wide variety of landlords includin Land Securities, UBS, Helical, Queensberry, Rocksprin, M&G and Aviva. We are also fully enaed with the occupier sector and have been retained to acquire units on behalf of Costa, Pep&Co, White Stuff and Gres. This is in addition to more traditional hih street instructions where we act on behalf of institutional landlords and property companies as well as private landlords. Out of town retail We specialise in development and asset manaement of retail parks, solus units and foodstores. We have stron relationships with the country s leadin national retailers includin the established out of town occupiers plus those expandin in to this sector. We provide asset manaement advice to the lare institutions includin Aberdeen, Standard Life, Royal London and LaSalle. We work closely with developers specialisin in the out of town retail sector in matters of site assembly, viability, lettins and sales. Retail development The team has advised on many retail and leisure developments within the reion includin Royal and Moran Arcade and department store, The Hayes, Cardiff. The team liaises closely with colleaues in the development and plannin teams in order to provide a complete and detailed level of service at all staes of the development process. The team also advise Costa on the roll out of the new Drive thru and pod coffee units and have successfully advised on a number of acquisitions includin Swansea, Bridend, Cardiff, Llantrisant, Newport and Merthyr Tydfil. As part of these instructions, we manae over 110 shoppin centres and 290 retail parks in the UK. The Wales and South West team is experienced in all aspects of property manaement and consists of four surveyors, a surveyor technician, an administrator and three reional facilities manaers. Our current instructions include the manaement of shoppin centres, retail parks, sinle and multi let offices, hih street retail, industrial estates, distribution warehouses, mixed use schemes and leisure parks.
