7 Planning Our Planning team offers marketleading planning, development and regeneration advice throughout Ireland. Our specialists have in-depth knowledge of both national and local planning policy and are focused on identifying viable and deliverable development opportunities for our clients. We work with many major Irish companies including Tesco Ireland Ltd, Boots and Connacht Gold on projects throughout Ireland and we are currently advising more than 100 local authorities in Ireland and UK. Our innovative team has lead transformational projects including the first integrated economic and spatial plan delivered in Ireland Limerick 2030 An Economic and Spatial Plan for Limerick. Property Management We manage all types of commercial property, from single office blocks to business parks and shopping centres. Our property management approach focuses on delivering enhanced asset value. Our property management team deals with all management and administration matters including monitoring landlord and tenant obligations, inspection programmes, repairs and maintenance, insurance and service charge administration. We have over 250 facilities managers providing on-site management and control and our Customer Helpdesk provides a single point of contact for tenants, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Valuation and Corporate Recovery We have one of the largest Valuation teams in Ireland and the UK. Our specialists offer valuation services across the full range of property sectors from industrial estates to shopping centres, residential developments to healthcare properties, automotive and roadside uses, waste management sites, leisure facilities and hotels. The team s presence across our 13 offices means our valuers understand local market trends and can value any asset regardless of size or complexity.
