11 MORTGAGEE'S NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue and in execution of that certain mortgage given by Robert F. Grenier, Jr. to Southbridge Savings Bank dated November 1, 23, and recorded with the Worcester District Registry of Deeds at Book 32218, Page 81, for breach of conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same, said premises, and the buildings thereon, will be sold at Public Auction at 1: A.M. on the 8 th day of May, 28, on the mortgaged premises at 57 Chickering Road, Spencer, Worcester County, Massachusetts, all and singular, the premises described in said mortgage: To Wit: the land in Spencer, Worcester County, Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows: PARCEL 1: The land in the southerly part of said Spencer with the buildings thereon containing about thirty (3) acres of land situated near the Stiles Reservoir, so-called, bounded generally as follows, viz SOUTHEASTERLY and SOUTHERLY by the County Road extending from Leicester to Sturbridge; WESTERLY by a Town Road extending Northerly from said County Road, and by land formerly of Joshua Bemis, and on the North by said Bemis land and land, now or formerly, of Edward Phillips, excepting and reserving any legal rights any person, or persons, may have in a spring on the westerly line of said tract; PARCEL II: Also, another tract of land containing about 18 ¾ acres, of which about 14 ½ acres are flowed and about 4 ¼ acres are upland, situated Easterly of the first described tract, on the Southerly side of the County Road leading from Leicester to Sturbridge, known as the Converse Lot.
