4 4 * R A.16 The Township is financing a Barnegat Bay improvement project through * R A.17 the Department of Environmental Protection s Barnegat Bay One * R A.18 Hundred Percent (100%) Principal Loan Forgiveness Financing. This project is fully funded by the State as long as the project is completed within one year. The purposes for which the obligations are to be issued consist of Storm Water Basin improvements to the existing basin located on Block 42, Lot 79.69, including the installation of subsurface gravel cells for the purpose of Wetlands enhancement and water quality improvement, authorized by Bond Ordinance adopted by the Township Council on December 13, * R A.16 Barnegat Bay Improvement Project, Details Resolution This resolution authorizes the Sale of Bonds or Notes in an amount not to Exceed $1,477,821 to the State of New Jersey. * R A.17 Barnegat Bay Improvement Project, Loan Agreement Resolution This resolution authorizes the Township Representatives to enter into a Fund Loan Agreement with the State of New Jersey for an amount not to exceed $1,477,821. * R A.18 Barnegat Bay Improvement Project, Reimbursement Resolution This resolution authorizes the reimbursement of proceeds to the Township in the event the Township expends proceeds prior to closing expected to occur in April * R A.19 Authorize the Tax and Assessment Supervision of Block 44, Lot 10 (as designated on the Tax Map of Freehold Township) from Freehold Township to Howell Township (designated as Block 171, Lot 9.13 on the Tax Map of Howell Township), Asbury Avenue This resolution authorizes the sole tax and assessment supervision over Block 44, Lot 10 as designated on the Tax Map of Freehold Township to Howell Township (designated as Block 171, Lot 9.13 on the Tax Map of Howell Township); the municipal boundary line between the Township of Howell and Township of Freehold cuts through said property. * R A.20 Authorize the Tax and Assessment Supervision of Block , Lot 1.03 (as designated on the Tax Map of Howell Township) from Howell Township to Freehold Township (designated as Block 42.01, Lot 2 on the Tax Map of Freehold Township), Asbury Avenue This resolution authorizes the sole tax and assessment supervision over Block , Lot 1.03 as designated on the Tax Map of Howell Township to Freehold Township (designated as Block 42.01, Lot 2 on the Tax Map of Freehold Township); the municipal boundary line between the Township of Howell & Township of Freehold cuts through said property.

5 5 * R A.21 Authorize the Tax and Assessment Supervision of Block 78, Lots 10 & 12 (as designated on the Tax Map of Freehold Township) from Freehold Township to Howell Township (designated as Block 169, Lot 9.01 on the Tax Map of Howell Township), Highway 33 This resolution authorizes the sole tax and assessment supervision over Block 78, Lots 10 & 12 as designated on the Tax Map of Freehold Township to Howell Township (designated as Block 169, Lot 9.01 on the Tax Map of Howell Township); the municipal boundary line between the Township of Howell and Township of Freehold cuts through said property. 7B MOTIONS * 7B.1 Second Hand Dealer License, Kevin Khan, NJ Gold Rush LLC, 1581 Highway 9 North 2012 MUNICIPAL BUDGET 9A.3 O-12-6 Exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation Limits and Establish a CAP Bank (Introduction on March 6, 2012) (Public Hearing & Adoption on March 27, 2012) This Ordinance exceeds the Municipal Budget Appropriation Limits and Establishes a CAP Bank (N.J.S.A ). R R A.22 Authorize Reduction of Certified Tax Levy in Computing the Reserve for Uncollected Taxes This resolution authorizes the utilization of the reduction of the certified tax levy method in computing the Township s 2012 Reserve for Uncollected Taxes budget. 7A.10 Introduction of the 2012 Municipal Budget This Resolution authorizes the Introduction of the 2012 Municipal Budget Introduction on March 6, 2012 Public Hearing & Adoption of the 2012 Municipal Budget April 10 th

UNFINISHED BUSINESS 8A PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ORDINANCES 8A.1 O-12-3 Amend Chapter 232, Residential Property Maintenance (Introduction on February 21, 2012) (Public Hearing & Adoption on March 6, 2012) This Ordinance amends and Supplements Chapter 232 entitled Property Maintenance and adopts the International Property Maintenance Code 2012, in part, to protect the public health, safety, morals and welfare of citizens and inhabitants of the Township of Howell by establishing minimum standards governing the maintenance, appearance, condition and occupancy of residential premises. 9. NEW BUSINESS 9A INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCES 9A.1 O-12-4 Amend Chapter 188 Land Use, Required Parking Regulations (Introduction on March 6, 2012) (Public Hearing & Adoption on March 27, 2012) This Ordinance amends Chapter entitled Dimensional Requirements and Schedules of Required Parking and Loading Spaces and Chapter 216 entitled Parking to update the handicapped accessible parking regulations. 9A.2 O-12-5 Amend Chapter 245, Second Hand Dealers (Introduction on March 6, 2012) (Public Hearing & Adoption on March 27, 2012) This Ordinance amends Chapter 245 entitled Second Hand Dealers to include a provision for the revocation and suspension of a second hand dealer license. 10.
