ORDINANCE of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, amending and supplementing Section , Schedule XXI: Speed Limits of Chapter 477 (Vehicles and Traffic) of the Township Code, reducing the speed limit on: Dunedin Street from 35 miles per hour to 25 miles per hour for the entire length and Raider Way from 35 miles per hour to 25 miles per hour for the entire length. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing contract to vendor with State Contract, Chas S. Winner Inc. d/b/a Winner Ford, State Contract No. T-2776, Vendor No , for the purchase of two (2) 2019 Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles with factory options for the Toms River Police Department, in the total maximum contract amount not to exceed $54, E. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing award of contract to Turf Equipment and Supply Company, for the irrigation control package upgrade for the Bey Lea Golf Course, in the maximum contract amount not to exceed $40, F. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean receive bids for the FY 2017 Township Wide Paving Program. G. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing the first extension of the existing contract with Down the Shore Ice Cream, LLC, for the lease of the Township of Toms River Veterans Recreation Complex Concession, commencing November 1, 2018 through October 31, 2019, for a total of $3,200.00, payable to the Township of Toms River. H. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing a contract with All American Ford, for the purchase of five (5) replacement 2018 Ford F250, regular cab, 4x4 pickup trucks with plows, for the Department of Public Works, from the Ocean County Cooperative Pricing System, Contract No. B , in the maximum amount not to exceed $181, I. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing contract to Jesco, Inc. for the purchase of John Deere Loader Bucket for the Department of Public Works, using Educational Services Commission of New Jersey Cooperative Pricing System, Contract No. 15/16-08, in the total maximum contract amount not to exceed $11, J. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing Change Order No. 1 with Gavan General Contracting Inc., for the Parks, Buildings & Grounds Storage Building, Equipment Wash & Fueling Station at the Bey Lea Golf Course, in the maximum amount not to exceed an additional $10,748.49, for a total project amount not to exceed $1,239,

RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing the purchase of one (1) additional 2019 rear loading refuse collection body with cab and chassis for the Department of Public Works, from Granturk Equipment Co., Inc., for a total maximum amount not to exceed $202, M. RESOLUTION declaring a situation necessitating the immediate enactment of an ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 50 (Department of Law Enforcement) to provide for additional Regular and Special Law Enforcement Officers resulting from expanded Police Department responsibilities. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing a shared service agreement between the Township of Toms River and the Borough of Island Heights, for the purpose of sharing New Jersey Uniform Construction Code Plan Review and Inspection Services, and authorizing the Mayor to execute and the Township Clerk to attest to a shared service agreement between parties. O. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, expressing support for the use of grants by New Jersey Fishermen to establish the United States Seafood Gleaning Program (USSGP), and to support and encourage a USSGP Pilot Project in Monmouth and Ocean Counties in New Jersey to promote these goals.
