ORDINANCE of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, amending and supplementing Section , Schedule XXI: Speed Limits of Chapter 477 (Vehicles and Traffic) of the Township Code, reducing the speed limit on: Dunedin Street from 35 miles per hour to 25 miles per hour for the entire length and Raider Way from 35 miles per hour to 25 miles per hour for the entire length. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing contract to Jesco, Inc. for the purchase of John Deere Loader Bucket for the Department of Public Works, using Educational Services Commission of New Jersey Cooperative Pricing System, Contract No. 15/16-08, in the total maximum contract amount not to exceed $11, J. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing the purchase of one (1) additional 2019 rear loading refuse collection body with cab and chassis for the Department of Public Works, from Granturk Equipment Co., Inc., for a total maximum amount not to exceed $202, M. RESOLUTION declaring a situation necessitating the immediate enactment of an ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 50 (Department of Law Enforcement) to provide for additional Regular and Special Law Enforcement Officers resulting from expanded Police Department responsibilities. N. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing a shared service agreement between the Township of Toms River and the Borough of Island Heights, for the purpose of sharing New Jersey Uniform Construction Code Plan Review and Inspection Services, and authorizing the Mayor to execute and the Township Clerk to attest to a shared service agreement between parties. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, expressing support for the use of grants by New Jersey Fishermen to establish the United States Seafood Gleaning Program (USSGP), and to support and encourage a USSGP Pilot Project in Monmouth and Ocean Counties in New Jersey to promote these goals.
