2 Rick Miller, PS Survey Rick has been with The Schneider Corporation for 20 years and serves as the Director of Surveying. He has more than 42 years of experience in the surveying profession, a significant portion of this time being served in a project management role. Rick s experience includes the preparation of boundary and land title surveys, topographic surveys, route surveys, control surveys, easement preparation, and construction layout for commercial/institutional, government, multi-family, and single-family projects. All of these projects have employed a combination of conventional and global positioning system (GPS) measurement techniques and equipment. McCrorey Heights NIP; Charlotte, NC Boundary, topographic and utility survey of 14 residential blocks (6,000 lineal feet of street) for the City of Charlotte, Engineering & Property Management Division.
