NACS/PEI Member Rate $49.00 per sq. ft. Non Member Rate NEW EXHIBITOR AREA The New Exhibitor Area is designed to concentrate these eligible new exhibiting companies in one area of the exhibit hall. Size limited to a 10 x10 booth (maximum size 10 x20 for oversized product displays, limited availability). Extended early exhibit hours on October 18 & 19. All exhibitors will be assigned a move in date and time based on their booth location. Details will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit in July MOVE OUT SCHEDULE October 20 22, 2017 Dismantle of the exhibits begins no earlier than 1:30pm on October 20. Priority Points will be docked for early tear down/dismantle. All exhibitor freight must be removed by 3:00pm on October 22. 3 HOW TO RESERVE A BOOTH Finalize and reserve your booth. Simply Log In. Submit. LOG IN CREATE YOUR LOGIN A NACSonline.com login is required to submit your application. View the online Help Guide at nacsonline.com/loginhelp for instructions on creating or retrieving logins. If applying after June 2, 2017, full payment must be submitted with application. Avoid surprises check back periodically to review the layout for surrounding areas. Where possible, NACS will attempt to honor competitor requests submitted on the exhibit space application. 4 ASSIGNMENT PROCESS Only NACS and PEI Members as of December 31, 2016 will qualify for Priority Point selection (January June 2017). Qualifying exhibitors will select within their assigned Priority Group based on points accumulated. Go to nacsshow.com/prioritypoints to view: Priority Point Groups Application submission dates Application submission deadline* *Missed Submission Deadline Any exhibitor that misses their assigned Priority Group application deadline will not be eligible for priority point ranking. Late applications will be assigned based on availability. During assigned selection bracket, submit the exhibit application with payment online at Online applications received by their application deadline will be sorted and assigned as follows: 1. Priority points (highest to lowest) 2. Priority point tie breaker Date/time stamp on application 3. Applications received after the Priority Group deadline will be assigned on first received, first assigned basis. SPECIAL NOTES Online floor plans will change frequently, please refresh the link to view the most current layout Competitors Every attempt will be made to ensure that exhibitors are not located next to competitors that are listed by the applicant. Companies drawing space for or with others Companies are prohibited from sharing booths or drawing for each other, except in the case where one company fully owns another company. Priority Points are only earned when a company exhibits at the NACS Show, advertises and maintains membership. A company paying in full for space and is a no show onsite does not earn exhibiting points. Priority points are earned, not purchased. Mergers/Acquisitions During a merger or acquisition, points cannot be combined. The highest number of earned priority points by the parties involved will be used for space selection.

5 IMPORTANT NOTICES 2017 LOCATION & BOOTH PRICES Expo Dates: October 18 20, 2017 (Conference Dates: October 17 20, 2017) Location: McCormick Place Chicago, Illinois $35.00 per sq. ft. Member Rate (NACS or PEI) $49.00 per sq. ft. Non Member Rate 2017 NACS SHOW IN CHICAGO CHANGES SINCE 2016 (ATLANTA) As the NACS Show changes location every year, same as last year planning may not apply. Some processes could change drastically (i.e. tobacco sampling, alcohol, fire safety, food sampling/handling) depending on the city and venue policies, and facility layout changes include: Smoking and Vaping are prohibited indoors (see details below) Two (2) Shuttle Bus Stops (North and South Buildings based on hotel locations) Freeman is the official vendor for utility orders (electrical, air, water). One consolidated vendor for the majority of show services, also including freight, furniture, and rigging. SMOKING AND VAPING POLICY NOT PERMITTED INDOORS Per City of Chicago Ordinance, smoking of tobacco products and vaping (usage of electronic cigarettes or personal vaporizers) will not be permitted in the NACS Show exhibit hall. Designated outdoor smoking areas will be available to sample products. EARLY DISMANTLE/DEPARTURE PRIORITY POINT PENALTIES Exhibitors who choose to tear down early or not staff their booth through the end of the event will be subject to a loss of exhibiting points earned in 2017 No exceptions. (More details at nacsshow.com/priority points) BADGES NOT MAILED IN ADVANCE ONSITE REGISTRATION FEES APPLY Avoid Onsite Fees Badge Registration Deadline: October 15, 2017 To enhance onsite security and reduce badge fraud, NACS does not pre mail badges to attendees and exhibitors. We will have several Express Badge Pick up stations for pre registered attendees throughout the NACS Show. Exhibitor badge registration opens in May Reprint fees also apply for lost badges. Mark Your Calendar! EXHIBITOR PRE SHOW PREP EXPERIENCE (JULY 18 19, 2017) Prepare your staff for the NACS Show with a guided convention center tour, service contractor Q&A, best practices, and a behind the scenes tour of the Freeman facility. This onsite program is designed to equip exhibitors and their logistics teams with the tools necessary for a successful NACS Show. Mark your calendar for July 18 19, 2017 at McCormick Place in Chicago. Best of all, it's free and your company receives 2 bonus priority points*! *Maximum total of 2 bonus priority points can be earned per exhibiting company for confirmed participants.

6 EXHIBITOR FAQs Why are some companies already assigned on the floor plan? NACS Hunter Club and PEI Priority Club members support the convenience and fuel retailing industry at a significantly higher level. One of their membership benefits includes priority booth selection. Shortly after the priority selections, advance space selection begins for NACS and PEI members in late January 2017 based on priority points earned since Advance selection is followed by open sales to non members and any other interested parties in July How do I reserve a booth? Simply review the online floor plan for available booth options and submit an online application. NACS account managers will assign booths based on priority point seniority and availability. All applicants must submit their booth reservation details through the web form. Simply create a login, and submit your online exhibit application today at nacsshow.com/exhibitapp. Online application access restricted to NACS and PEI members only January June Need help to create a login? Download the step by step Help Guide at nacsonline.com/loginhelp. I am a New Exhibitor. How do I reserve a booth? NACS will, once again, have a New Exhibitor Area in the exhibit hall. Eligible exhibiting suppliers will see extra benefits that NACS has put together to raise awareness and demonstrate the value of this new Show floor area to buyers. Space in the New Exhibitor Area is limited and is based on availability, membership status and company eligibility. Price and Size Limitations: $35.00 per square foot 10 x10 booth options (maximum size 10 x20 for oversized product displays, limited availability) Go to for more information. Can I hold a booth location pending submission of an application? Booth space cannot be held. All booth reservations are subject to space availability at the time the application and payment agreement are received. Which booths are available? View the online floor plan for available booths and sizes at nacsshow.com/floorplan. Booths are sold constantly, and new plans are uploaded 2 3 times daily. Booth locations cannot be held. Please make sure to include multiple booth locations in your online application request. If requested options are not available, your NACS account manager will contact you with suggested locations. How does traffic flow inside the exhibit hall? Based on historical attendance flow patterns at NACS Show events in Chicago, a floor plan has been created that illustrates the predicted flow throughout the exhibit halls. These predictions are not a guarantee of traffic, but a guide to aid in booth layout and design. Download the PDF diagram at nacsshow.com/expotrafficflow. How are booths assigned? Is a priority point system used? Booth applications received by NACS and PEI members in January June 2017 will be assigned based on priority points earned since In July 2017, open selection begins and spaces are assigned on a first received, first assigned basis, based on availability. 7 How much does a booth cost? $35.00 per square foot for NACS and PEI members $49.00 per square foot for non members To qualify for the reduced member fee, the applicant must be a current NACS supplier member or a member of PEI for the duration of the NACS Show (through October 31, 2017). If you are not a NACS member and wish to apply, you may submit your membership dues with the exhibit space application. For further information about membership, call (703) to speak with a supplier membership representative. For PEI membership information, please call (918) What is included in the cost of a booth? The following items are included in the cost of a booth: High draped back wall (8 ft.), and 3 ft. high draped side rails (in line booths) Standard 7"x 44" booth sign (in line booths) Aisle carpet throughout the exhibit hall A comprehensive Exhibitor Service Kit A complimentary company listing on nacsshow.com, NACS Show Onsite Guide, NACS Show mobile app, and floor plan (if materials are received by print deadlines) Three badges for booth personnel per 100 sq. ft. or for each 10 x 10 space with the option to upgrade these to full registration badges for a nominal fee. An onsite fee of $100 per badge will be assessed if badges are not pre registered before the advance registration deadline. Two additional booth personnel badges available for purchase per 100 sq. ft. or for each 10 x 10 space with the option to upgrade these to full registration badges for a nominal fee per badge. Note: Booth floor covering is mandatory and must be provided by the exhibitor. (Not included in the booth fee.) What is the deposit payment required to reserve a booth? At least 50% of the booth payment is required as a deposit to reserve a booth if applying prior to June 2, After June 2, full payment must accompany the contract to reserve NACS Show exhibit space. Why is the NACS Show divided into sections? How do I know where I should exhibit? The expo is divided into five major categories to ensure that buyers can easily find your company. These areas will be color coded in both printed materials and signage onsite. Each area will have one color for carpeting, overhead signage and aisle signs so that retailers can easily find what they are looking for and know where they are on the Show floor. Within each major category, a smaller area is specifically designated for first time exhibitors. The five major areas are: Facility Development and Store Operations; Foodservice Equipment and Foodservice Programs; Merchandise, Candy and Snacks; Fuel Equipment and Services; and Technology. The full list of product categories that fit into each area is available in the online exhibit space application. Is smoking allowed in the exhibit hall at the 2017 NACS Show? Per City of Chicago Ordinance, smoking of tobacco products and Vaping (usage of electronic cigarettes or personal vaporizers) will not be permitted in the NACS Show exhibit hall. Designated outdoor smoking areas will be available to sample products. What is the cancellation policy? Any change to the contracted booth size or cancellation of space must be submitted in writing to NACS. Financial penalties will be assessed based on the cancellation date as state in Section 6(a) of the NACS Show Exhibit Space Terms & Conditions. Download at nacsshow.com/exhibitterms How do I order furniture, utilities, and services for my booth? The exhibitor service kit will be available in July 2017 to begin placing show orders. When available, you can access the link via our Exhibitor Resource Center at nacsshow.com/erc.

8 IMPORTANT DATES CHECKLIST For a successful NACS Show, make sure to complete these action items. Submit booth application with deposit payment during your company s assigned Priority Group (January June 2017) Review online floor plan for any product/neighbor conflicts Make hotel reservations and travel arrangements (April 2017 via Connections Housing The only official NACS Housing partner) Purchase exhibitor marketing opportunities (Cool New Products, NACS Magazine, online ads) (May 2017) Register booth personnel badges (June 2017) Submit final booth payment (Due: June 2, 2017) Confirm target/assigned move in date for freight (based on booth location) (July 2017) Place orders for show services (utilities, furniture, freight, etc.) (July Sept 2017) Submit company description and listing information for printed Onsite Guide (May July 2017) Review final company listing on NACS Show mobile app and online exhibitor directory (August October 2017) A detailed deadline checklist will be available July 2017 at the Exhibitor Resource Center
