Be a part of the largest North American gathering of service providers for conservators. Over 85% of attendees are conservators with buying power. Introduce yourself to new clients and strengthen ties with established customers. One can expect certain large or national organizations to attend every Annual Meeting, but in addition Annual Meeting sites are carefully selected to attract attendees from important regional institutions. Each year brings new attendees, and exhibiting at AIC s Annual Meeting is an excellent way to establish a regional presence for your company. Attendee Profile Most Annual Meeting attendees are conservators and collections care professionals. Many own and operate private practices while others are leaders in their respective organizations. The conference also attracts a handful of students and other up-and-comers in the field. All attendees enjoy the opportunity to network with fellow conservators and learn about new products in the industry. The Exhibit Hall is a key element of the Annual Meeting experience. Our Support to Increase Exhibit Hall Traffic To encourage attendees to visit the Exhibit Hall, AIC will be placing food and beverage stations strategically around the Exhibit Hall. This will increase traffic directly to your booth during the regularly scheduled coffee and snack breaks. We also support our exhibitors with Exhibitor Profiles in the Final Program and online in our Virtual Exhibit Hall. Why New England? A majority of AIC s membership is based along the I-95 corridor, but pricing in many of those cities has made it impossible to hold the meeting in New England, until now! The Mohegan Sun, located in Uncasville, CT, provides the following opportunities for AIC: we will be 45 minutes from New Haven and Hartford, 50 minutes from Newport, 90 minutes from Boston, and 2.5 hours from New York City. Balance of fees must be received by February 16, 2019, or the booth may be released at AIC s discretion. Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds to any exhibitors canceling after this date. Liability Neither AIC nor any officer or staff member thereof, will be liable for any personal injury to any and all persons or property caused by the exhibitor, his/her agents, representatives or employees. The exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless AIC, its members, officers, directors and employees against any and all liability whatsoever arising from any and all damage to property or personal injury caused by an exhibitor or his/her agents, employees or other persons. Meeting Cancellation In the event of meeting cancellation due to fire, strikes, government regulations or other causes beyond AIC s control, AIC shall not be liable for failure to hold the 47th Annual Meeting and exhibits, and AIC shall determine the amount of exhibit fees to be refunded. All exhibitors are required to set up their booths in such a way that they do not obstruct the sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. Booth selections will be made by a combination of: the order that reservation agreement and deposit are received by AIC and total 45th Annual Meeting sponsorship.
