2 The 27 th SCCAOR Annual Convention and Expo Thursday, October 19, 2017 Important Exhibitor Information Complete the enclosed exhibitor contract and mail or fax it back to SCCAOR, attention Events Department, by August 10, SCCAOR, attn: Events Dept N. First Street, San Jose, CA or fax: Your registration price includes an 8 x 10 pipe and drape booth, a 6 draped table, 2 chairs, and a 7 x 44 company identification sign. All other services must be ordered through our exposition service provider, ROSSI EXPOSITIONS Tradeshow Services. For questions you may contact ROSSI EXPOSITIONS directly at or info@rossiexpo.com Sign up early with ROSSI EXPOSITIONS to receive your early-bird discounts on your phone and electricity orders. After you have submitted your Exhibitor Contracts to SCCAOR, you will receive an notification from Rossi Expositions. In the notification, you ll be provided with a Secure Store Link, username (your address) and temporary password. You can then log onto their site (rossiexpo.com) where you ll be able to place orders for show products (tables, chairs, etc.) and show services (freight handling, electricity, etc.). Their site also provides important information about the event such as important deadlines and installation and dismantle hours. Exhibitors shall not sublet the booth, or any equipment provided by SCCAOR, nor shall Exhibitor assign this lease in whole, or in part, without written notice to, and approval from SCCAOR. Booths should reflect the Licensed To Thrill theme. Prizes will be given in the following categories: Most Original, Most Spirited and the Best Overall. You may bring 15 booth personnel to work the Tradeshow at no charge. Exhibitor passes will be available for pickup the morning of the Tradeshow. Additional passes are available for $20 each. Tradeshow hours will be from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm on Thursday, October 19, Exhibitor setup will be 1:00 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18, Strictly enforced: Early tear down fee is $200 if booth is dismantled before 3:30 p.m.

Upon acceptance of this application by the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS, we agree to abide by the rules and regulations which are made a part of this contract. 6 Additional Exhibitor Passes Each exhibitor at the SCCAOR Convention and Tradeshow will receive 15 Exhibitor wristbands at NO CHARGE. These wristbands will allow your booth personnel access in and out of the tradeshow all day. Additional Exhibitor wristbands are available for $20 each. Exhibitor wristbands will be available for pickup at Exhibitor Registration starting at 8:00 am on October 19.
