10 OUR SERVICES We are a company with extensive experience in the areas of market research and feasibility studies. We advice domestic and foreign companies in their real estate information needs. We conduct feasibility studies to evaluate potential sites for highest and best use of land. As a result of the analysys we cover projects such as: shopping centers, housing developments, hotels, office buildings, entertainment centers, mixed use developments, among others. 10
