2 Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (A Government of India Enterprise) SHORTLISTING OF ELEVATOR MANUFACTURERS Applications are invited from reputed and competent Elevator Manufacturers who are having proven track record, experience, expertise and resources in manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning of Capsule Elevators, who are either based or have branch offices and service centers within the limits of Greater Mumbai / Navi Mumbai. The scope of work involves Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the following Elevators in a Ground plus 9 storied Office Complex at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai; i. 2 nos. Capsule Elevators of passenger capacity, 2.0 mtr./sec speed, 3VF AC drive, Gearless Motor Drive, Automatic Door Operation, Auto Rescue Device etc. ii. 1 no. Service Elevator of 3000 Kgs. load carrying capacity, 1.0 mtr./sec speed, 3VF AC drive, Gearless Motor Drive, Automatic Door Operation, Auto Rescue Device etc. The selection criteria applicable shall be as under: a. The Elevator manufacturer should have successfully executed at least 15 elevators of similar nature/quantum per year during the last three financial years (Kindly give details in Annexure A) b. The Elevator manufacturer should have an annual turnover of Rs Crores during each of the last three financial years. (Attach Copies of Audited Balance sheets for the last 3 years duly certified by Chartered Accountant or any other competent Authorities) c. The Elevator manufacturer should have relevant ISO Certification for SITC of elevators (enclose copy of the Certification) d. All elevator equipments should comply with ECBC 2007 and should have BEE rated gearless motors. (enclose copy of the Certification) e. The Elevator manufacturer should be able to submit a Solvency Certificate for a minimum amount of Rs. 3.0 Crore (Please attach attested xerox copy of Solvency Certificate ) f. The Elevator manufacturer should be either based or should have branch offices and service centers within the limits of Greater Mumbai/Navi Mumbai (give list )

3 The Elevator manufacturers willing to enroll themselves are requested to send in their biodata, giving details of similar jobs carried out, its value and time period taken for completion etc. The Elevator manufacturers are requested to send in their completed application form together with all relevant documents in a sealed envelope superscribed Shortlisting of Elevator Manufacturers for Office Complex, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement along with necessary documentary proof to: Dy.
