2 The International Insolvency Institute presents its 13th Annual Conference at Columbia University Law School in New York The International Insolvency Institute presents its 13th Annual Conference in the Ivy League ambiance of New York s historic Columbia University. The Conference Faculty and Delegates include some of the most prominent and experienced insolvency professionals, Judges and credit professionals in the world. The III Columbia Conference will feature current reports and analyses of the world s most important international insolvency issues and controversies delivered by preeminent speakers from around the world. We are very pleased to welcome Thomas C. Baxter, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as our very special Keynote Speaker for our 13th Annual Conference. Mr. Baxter is a senior member of the Bank s Management Committee and is Deputy General Counsel of the Federal Open Market Committee, and has been involved in all of the Fed s major initiatives and in all of the most important financial crises in the United States and abroad for over 25 years. Mr. Baxter will be speaking on the topic of Resolving the Unresolvable: The Pathway to Ending Too Big To Fail The Conference will also feature one of the III s renowned Legendary Conference Dinners which will take place at one of New York s grand private clubs the Metropolitan Club of New York.
