Consisting of SoMa, Yerba Buena, and South Beach, this district is the center of all new development projects in San Francisco. Although most new construction deals in Q1-17 will not be reported to the MLS during this period, sales volume decreased 24.5% YoY, with 160 recorded deals at a total value of $202M. Number of Condo Sales by Bedroom Count While sales volume is down across all condo sizes, sales pricing has continued to increase for 3+ BRs units, reaching $2.60M in Q1-17, up 38.8% YoY. 1-BR units saw the biggest decline, with 23.5% fewer sales with a 6.4% decline in value.
