4 JULY 18 TH We have a bedroom and bathroom available in a single family household. The bedroom is 10' X 11', plus the closet, with a large window facing out to the backyard and garden. It is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, dresser and mini-refrigerator. Located on the ground floor, the space is very quiet and private. You will have full use of a nice shared kitchen, laundry room and living areas. The outside includes a quiet tree filled yard, beautiful decks and patio areas, BBQ, hot tub and fire pit. We are located 3.4 miles from Northwest University Campus near Grasslawn Park. It is approximately a 10 minute drive, and we are close to the bus line. It is 1 mile from the stores at Bridle Trails Shopping center and 1.6 miles from downtown Redmond. Our household includes 2 adults and 2 friendly cats. We would love to share our home with the right, responsible young adult. The rent is $750.00, due at the first of each month, including all utilities and internet. There is a $ cleaning deposit which is fully refundable if the spaces are left in good, clean condition. Please keep the common areas clean, with no smoking, and no pets.
