This will help determine which is the best value, has the most reasonable living conditions, and has an atmosphere that will enhance full-time student responsibilities. The City of Bloomington requires licenses for all rental housing. Northwestern Health Sciences University does not verify housing licenses for properties listed in this housing newsletter.
