Shared laundry facilities; linens can be provided upon request. There is a separate, well-lit entrance to the unit. 11 AUGUST 30 TH I m renting the downstairs area of our home in North Kirkland. It s a huge room with its own bathroom. The home is 3-levels giving you space & privacy. You will have your own fridge downstairs & you are more than welcome to use the one in the kitchen (as well as enjoy the common areas). I m a full-time single mom of a phenomenal 9-year-old boy! His dad has passed away so it would be nice if you re available for paid babysitting (if you have time). Plus, I have tons of friends with kids... so if you want to make money babysitting, I can refer you out. But, this is not necessary! Rent is $1095 to include all utilities (W/S/G, electric, gas) plus Xfinity Cable & Wi-Fi. Also included is Basic staple items like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent. Plus use of dishes, vacuum, etc. I have a state of the art kitchen & brand new washer/dryer that steams your clothes! The room can come furnished or unfurnished Your choice. 12 JULY 26 TH Seeking a neat and clean female student for furnished bedroom with queen bed across the hall from my daughter with a shared bathroom between them. Room is located in a beautiful Christian home with a view in downtown Kirkland, only 2.1 miles from NWU. This would make walking, biking or busing possible as bus stop is located only 1 blk. away. It is a few blocks to the lake or downtown area where numerous restaurants, shopping or activities are available. All utilities are included as well as Wi Fi. Linens and towels are also provided, but you may supply your own if desired. There is a refrigerator/freezer in close proximity to the room with available space for food. Washer and dryer to be shared in laundry room on same level is also included. Owner and small dog reside upstairs where you may share the kitchen so you must be pet friendly. NWU rules apply as to smoking, drinking, drugs or guests and care of the room. I am basically looking to share my home and try to make it a home away from home in a family-like atmosphere of caring, respect and cleanliness where you can focus on your studies and feel safe. Other space is also available so you don t have to feel cloistered in your room and can enjoy studying or relaxing in larger spaces. A beautiful deck with lake view can also be used in warm weather. If you are not looking to be cared about and prayed for, this is probably not a good fit. Bedroom is available immediately if you are considering making a change in the near future. Bookcase, dresser and other décor are included. Rent is $750 Can be viewed in person at any time so we can see if we are a fit for sharing. Room must be seen to be appreciated. 14 JULY 18 TH We have a bedroom and bathroom available in a single family household. The bedroom is 10' X 11', plus the closet, with a large window facing out to the backyard and garden. It is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, dresser and mini-refrigerator. Located on the ground floor, the space is very quiet and private. You will have full use of a nice shared kitchen, laundry room and living areas. The outside includes a quiet tree filled yard, beautiful decks and patio areas, BBQ, hot tub and fire pit. We are located 3.4 miles from Northwest University Campus near Grasslawn Park. It is approximately a 10 minute drive, and we are close to the bus line. It is 1 mile from the stores at Bridle Trails Shopping center and 1.6 miles from downtown Redmond. Our household includes 2 adults and 2 friendly cats. We would love to share our home with the right, responsible young adult. The rent is $750.00, due at the first of each month, including all utilities and internet.
