Rooms are located in a beautiful Christian home with a view in downtown Kirkland, only 2.1 miles from NWU. This would make walking, biking or busing possible as bus stop is located only 1 blk. away. A few blocks to the lake or downtown area where numerous restaurants, shopping or other activities are available. All utilities are included as well as WiFi. Linens and towels are also provided. There is a refrigerator in close proximity to the rooms where space will be made available for food. Washer and dryer to be shared in laundry room on same level. Owner and small dog reside upstairs where you will share the kitchen so you must be pet friendly. Non-smoker, drinker or drug user is a must and no parties or sleepovers. I am basically looking to share my home and try to make it a home-away-from-home in a family-like atmosphere of caring, respect and cleanliness where you can focus on your studies and feel safe. If you are not looking to be cared about and prayed for, this is probably not a good fit. One of the bedrooms is available immediately and rents for $600/mo. and the other will be available by 12/14. It has a walk in closet, desk, bookcase and other extra furniture so rents for $700/mo. Security deposit is $200 on each one. Either one can be viewed in person before then. 6 NOVEMBER 25 TH Hey guys! I have a room available in a 2 bed 2 bath close so you would have your own bed and bathroom. We have a good amount of storage space and the carpet and all appliances were put in new a few years ago when I moved in. Great location close to Northwest, 405, downtown Kirkland and Bellevue. PCC and Metropolitan Market are just down the street. It s a nice, well maintained 4-plex. Water/Sewer/Garbage is included. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. We have WIFI, and plenty of close street parking. Let me know of any questions. I think this is a nice place and I m pretty easy to live with. Would love a fellow Christian guy to live with! It has one large bedroom, bathroom, area for a desk and a small sitting space. It's roughly 600 square feet. Kitchen and flooring are both new. Includes water, trash and electricity. Must provide your own internet. The apartment is located on the first level of our Kingsgate area home. We have a large family so a lot of noise should be expected to be heard through walls. If noise is an issue for you this won't be a good match. We are not quiet people! Monthly rent is $850. It will be available on December 1st. Must have good references. Very nice. About me; early 50's, straight, professional female. Health conscious, fit, active. A clean home is very important to me so please be neat. Condo is located near Bastyr University, Bothell, UW, Northwest University, easy access to all areas from Seattle to Eastside.
