It's a beautiful home which is conveniently located near major companies/areas in San Antonio such as Downtown/Riverwalk, USAA, The Shops at La Cantera, the Medical Center and UT Health. There are two rooms available with full access to all common areas (kitchen/living room/backyard/etc.): Option 1: Rent $550/mo per room with shared bath. Option 2: Rent $750/mo for 1 bed / 1 bath. Room for Rent: Hi all! My name is Sean and I am a 3 rd year dental student. I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment at San Antonio Station Apartments. Currently the rent with water comes out to $469 per person. The complex let me know that it will go up around $15-$20 per person. Currently with utilities, my total cost of living here averages to about $540 a month. You don t have to have a parking pass because we can see the school from my front door. School shuttle will take you to the clinic. Move in date would be at the end of June but it is flexible with my roommate moving out. 7
