5 About Us Incorporated in 2005, Tungsten Properties is one of the leading Industrial and Warehouse Developers in the Midlands. We have developed more than 70 completed Units, totalling >350,000 sq ft, with a Gross Development Value of > 28m. Our portfolio of completed developments includes factories, warehouses, distribution centres, trade counter units, retail and leisure units.
