2 One Financial Plaza sets on the corner of South Warren Street and East Fayette Street, where a renaissance has taken place over the past five years. Historically this area was known as the heart of the financial district of downtown (Key Bank, Merchants Bank, HSBC, and Marine Midland to name a few). As banks merged and technology altered the roles of banks, this area has re-created itself to be an area now occupied by The Syracuse Media Group, Legal Services of Central New York, Volunteer Lawyers Project and most recently SUNY Upstate has moved 400 jobs to the area. While the office district has been active, this has been coupled with the conversion of many buildings in the area to first class residential apartments and condominiums. 8 ATTRACTIONS Aside from convenient access to transportation, residents, businesses and visitors are attracted to Syracuse s beautiful landscape, various parks and unique cultural centers and local restaurants. DESTINY USA Located less than 2 miles from One Financial Plaza, Destiny USA is a six-story super-regional shopping and entertainment complex on the shore of Onondaga Lake. It is the 6th largest shopping center in the nation and the largest in New York. The anchors include JCPenney, Macy s, Lord & Taylor, Best Buy, The Bon-Ton, Dicks Sporting Goods, Forever 21, DSW, Old Navy, Sears Outlet, Finish Line and Sak s Off 5th. A full food court, vintage carousel and electric go-karts are also located on the premises. ARMORY SQUARE A trendy spot for shopping, dining and nightlife, downtown Syracuse s Armory Square is located one block to One Financial Plaza. The area walkable area surrounds the Milton J. Rubenstein Museum of Science and Technology. It houses a 60-foot IMAX screen in the former Syracuse Armory Building, which gave the Square it s name.

9 SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY CARRIER DOME Proximate to Syracuse University and it s large campus, which is organized into 13 schools and colleges, with nationally recognized programs across a number of academic disciplines. Officially chartered in 1870 as a private, coeducational institution, Syracuse now has an enrollment of over 15,000 undergraduate and 6,000 graduate students. Syracuse University athletic teams, known as the Orange, participate in 20 intercollegiate sports. SU is a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference for all NCAA Division I athletics and many of its teams play in the iconic 49,262-seat Carrier Dome, the largest domed stadium in the Northeastern US. MUSEUMS Close to the Property is the Erie Canal Museum and & Syracuse Heritage Area Visitor Center, which is housed in an original 1850 Weighlock Building. Visitors can explore artifacts, maps, interpretive and interactive displays, plus a full-size replica canal boat with crew quarters, cargo and passenger areas. In addition, the Everson Museum of Art houses the most significant collection of American ceramics in the US including work by Jackson Pollock, among others. The Everson was designed by I.M. Pei, who has since designed the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. and the new addition to the Louvre in Paris.
