2 overview boston s next great destination Tremont Crossing is a 1.7 million square foot, mixed-use project being developed in the geographic center of Boston. Positioned at the Tremont Street/Melnea Cass Corridor, amidst the commercial and cultural hubs of the City, it is located near major vehicular arteries and abundant mass transit. Feldco Development is undertaking this ground-up, monumental project which will serve as a new real estate model of how to mix commerce and culture.
