The housing facilities can contribute not only to your academic achievement but to your social and recreational life as well. More than a place to live and study, university accommodation will provide an opportunity for associating with men and women of your own age who share your interests, and it will be a source of unforgettable memories. While the facilities have much to offer, each unit has been designed to satisfy different student needs. Over 110 students can be accommodated in the University s housing facilities. 1 CYPRIALIFE RESIDENCE This unit is the newest addition to our housing facilities. It is located practically a breath away from campus; this superb modern facility houses 44 fully furnished and equipped studios. Each studio is furnished with a bed, a side table, a bookshelf, a desk, desk chair, cupboard, air condition unit, cooker, oven, air ventilator, refrigerator and a washing machine. The University provides free wireless internet. There are four internet providers in Cyprus, if a resident wishes to purchase an individual internet connection. All studios have a fixed 12 month contract period. 3 2 HARMONY HOUSE Ηarmony is situated in a quiet neighbourhood just 800 meters away from campus. Harmony offers two types of two bedroom apartments designed to provide privacy and independence to students. Type A apartments have a dining area, kitchen and bathroom and are fully furnished with single beds, desks, book shelves, bed side table, wardrobes, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven and a refrigerator. Type B apartments contain in addition to the above mentioned areas, a seating area. All apartments have controlled heating and air conditioning units. Harmony House has a fixed contract period of 9 months. The University offers free Wi-Fi connection to the internet. There are four internet providers in Cyprus, if a resident wishes to purchase an individual internet connection. 4 3 SERENITY HOUSE Serenity House is located 1,000 meters off campus. It consists of one, two and three bedroom apartments. This comfortable and lavish unit provides roomy areas and quiet surroundings, since it is a small unit, which can accommodate only 20 students. Every apartment has its own living and dining area, kitchen and bathroom and it is fully furnished with single beds, side tables, desks, wardrobes, armchairs, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven and a refrigerator. All apartments have controlled heating and air conditioning units. The University offers free Wi-Fi connection to the Internet. There are four internet providers in Cyprus, if a resident wishes to purchase an individual internet connection. The contract periods are fixed to 12 months. Space is limited, therefore students are advised to apply early. To reserve an apartment you must submit the following to the Housing Division of European University Cyprus: A.
