Nightly rates are valid for 1-6 nights stay; Weekly rates are valid for 7-27 nights stay; Monthly rates are valid for 28+ night s stay.

4 Housekeeping: Nightly & Weekly bookings will be serviced daily, except Sundays with a full linen change after the 3rd Night and subsequent 3rd night of the guests stay. Monthly bookings will be serviced once a week minimum and limited daily service, except Sundays with a full linen change after the 7th Night. Reservation Confirmed reservation is to be guaranteed with a credit card. Payments processed via credit card will incur a 1.5% transaction fee.
