13 T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S Deposit A deposit of 2,000 is required to be paid, on reservation, subject to contract, which will be retained if the purchaser withdraws before exchange of contracts. Reservation On reservation, the selling agent will require details of the purchaser s solicitor who will be instructed immediately. Exchange of Contracts The exchange of contracts date will be strictly adhered to.
