2 L'Autre Canal Boulevard d'austrasie Nancy The RCCM participates in the overall urban plan for green spaces in this huge district of Nancy which is in the process of radical transformation The principle is to 'hollow out' this urban space, characterized by its powerful, compact architectural style, and containing the very core of the program (concert halls, studios, offices, etc), and to pierce through it an interior street in bright red, situated on the ground level to facilitate access for the public and for equipment This interior street is the user-friendly and functional 'Fil Rouge' The extensively glass-enclosed reception area leads to the small concert hall through the double-entrance security door integrated into a service and utility area It includes the DJ booth for concerts in the hall, the ticket window and coat-check, and merchandise stands The second part of the 'Fil Rouge' leads to the multimedia areas and the concert hall Exhibition space and studios are located on the upper floor m², Artist, Interior architect, Landscape architect, Urban planner Périphériques es peripheriques Nancy Town Council Bar: open only at scheduled events, an half hour before the show Library and Multimedia Area: open by appointment or during scheduled events, an half hour before the show Studios and Offices: Monday to Friday: /

3 Maison Rue Augustin Hacquard Nancy is one of the greatest French designers of the 20th century Working as a craftsman, designer, manufacturer, architect, teacher and engineer, his career spanned over sixty years With remarkable elegance and economy of means, he designed prefabricated houses, building components and façades, as well as furniture for the home, office and school His main achievement was transferring manufacturing technology from industry to architecture, without losing aesthetic qualities This private residence has been built by Jean prouvé on a steep slope, overlooking the city of Nancy 1954 and family goa The project can be visited on request Contact the 'Office du Tourisme' of Nancy 3
