New dormer to penthouse and extension to coachouse built with re-claimed handmade brick. New black 125mm OGEE gutters and downpipes installed. Basement has been damp treated with tanking system installed to all external walls. All external walls have been dry dot treated along with all timbers throughout the building. All windows are new double glazed vertical sliding sash, (window energy rating A+). New window boards throughout. Roof lights are Keylite conservation windows. Main stairwell roof light is a Keylite automatic smoke ventilation window. New hard and softwood timber staircases throughout. 300mm rockwool insulation to all roof voids. Ceiling finishes overclad joists with two layers of fireline plasterboard with 100mm insulation, skim finish. Sloping ceilings 120mm Cellotex insulation board. All walls Cellotex PL4000 rigid insulation board. Internal doors all solid linear oak FD30 doors with satin nickel Lugano Rose handles. All skirting is 7 OGEE and architrave is 4 OGEE. Lighting, boilers, tiles, kitchen and appliances, wooden floor, wall heaters, sanitary ware, BT/Sky, paint, alarm system, intercom system. KITCHENS Lucente handle less, high gloss kitchens With 30mm quartz worktops matching up stands and splash backs.
