Previous developments in Banbridge include, Burn Brae, Weavers Green, Berkley Court and Ravenswood. Loughbrickland is a quaint village, located just on the outskirts of Banbridge town centre. Situated on the edge of the village, this development is positioned within close proximity to the A1 corridor and offers easy access to the A1 dual carriageway for those commuting to Belfast, Newry and The South. Both Belfast airports and its docks are less than 40 minutes drive away, whilst Dublin airport can now be reached within an hour. Greenan Grove comprises of only 11 contemporary styled homes and provides a mixture of semi-detached and detached homes; each home has its own side driveway with front and rear gardens, helping to create an open feel to the overall development. Careful consideration has been given at the design stage to the internal layouts of each of the house types to create excellent living spaces, with a specific focus on providing storage areas, something which is often not adequately considered in new homes. The semi detached homes are all three bedroom, with the detached homes providing four bedrooms for those requiring more space. Each new home shall be finished to a comprehensive turnkey specification, leaving the purchaser with nothing to do but move in. The nearby town of Banbridge offers a superb range of leisure and shopping facilities. The designer Outlet shopping village at Bridgewater Park and new Tesco Store are just a short distance from the development. Within Banbridge itself there are a large number of independent retailers with an accompanying excellent range of cafes, restaurants, pubs and clubs.
