Description Danderwen House is a handsome country house thought to date c.1880 set in a delightful rural setting in the ever popular county of Pembrokeshire. The house is set in its own extensive grounds and gardens together with stables and a workshop, pasture fields, areas of woodland and about 1600 yards (stms subject to measured survey) of single bank fishing on the Eastern Cleddau River that runs at the bottom of the valley (and 2 reserved rods on the Rosebush reservoir). In addition, we have been informed by the sellers that the Preseli Water Board (now Dwr Cymru/Welsh Water) has granted two free fishing permits on the Rosebush reservoir to the owners of Danderwen and successors in title.
