2 ORGANIZATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE ISSUES Cadastral survey is preformed by private licensed surveyors Cadastral data are kept and maintained by regional cadastral offices of State Geodetic Administration and disseminated by Central Office Lad book data are kept and maintained in municipal courts (land book departments) and disseminated by Ministry of Justice 2
3 CADASTRAL SURVEY Private licensed surveyors are organized in Croatian Chamber of Private Licensed Surveyors One of the regulations issued by Chamber is Services Pricelist Services Pricelist must be approved by State Geodetic Administration Services Pricelist must be published in Official Gazette 3
4 CADASTRAL SURVEY Organization of Chamber is in transition period Existing Services Pricelist is published in Official Gazette no. 85/ HRK per hour (15,5-44,5 Euro) Average price for division of cadastral parcels or registration of house (production of elaborate for registration) is 1000 Euro Prices for cadastral survey are based on agreement between Private licensed surveyor and user of the service (they must be in accordance with Service Pricelist) Geodetic inspection (SGA) 4
