2 Cadastre today Land Cadastre Act Adopted on 12 Oct.1994, since then amended 17 times. Cadastral data shall be accessed by way of reviewing cadastral data and taking extracts therefrom Every person may access cadastral data and take extracts therefrom The rates of state fees for taking extracts from cadastral data shall be established by the State Fees Act 1
