The applicant requests delays in paving and sewer.

The applicant requests a delay in paving for the proposed portion of C.R ) Request of Engineering Innovation Development, LLC, for a Rule 15 plat for Original Town of Lubbock, Lot 21, Block 23, located south of 5 th Street and west of Texas Avenue, a proposal to close a portion of 5 th Street right-of-way in order to plat one (1) acre tract of land. The applicant requests delays in paving, sewer and water. 8.3) Request of Wilkerson Properties, Inc., for a Rule 15 plat for Upland Business Park Addition, Tract A, located north of 85 th Street and west of Upland Avenue, a proposal to plat a acre portion of one (1) existing tract of land. The applicant requests a delay in paving for the existing adjacent portion of Upland Avenue.
