5 Terabas Berkonsep Whole To Part Kesempurnaan di dalam satu-satu kerja ukur adalah membuat pengukuran keliling dahulu dan kemudiannya pengukuran di bahagian-bahagian dalam. Bertujuan untuk meminimakan selisihan lelurus dan selisihan sudut. 5

11 Semakan Harian Dilaksanakan pada setiap kali hendak memulakan kerja harian, pengukur hendaklah mengukur semula jarak garisan yang diukur pada hari sebelumnya. Pengukuran ini dianggap sebagai ujian alat sahaja. Jika perbezaannya melebihi had 0.010m, pengukur hendaklah menjalankan differential field test. Jika masih melebihi had 0.010m maka Ujian Kalibrasi perlu dijalankan. 11

12 Semakan Harian i. Semakan harian hendaklah dibuat setiap hari sebelum menyambung kerja-kerja ukuran bagi memastikan alat berada dalam keadaan baik. ii. Perbezaan di antara jarak diukur berbanding cerapan hari sebelumnya hendaklah tidak melebihi 10 milimeter. iii. Bagi alat GNSS, semakan harian hendaklah dibuat juga. 12

13 Differential Field Test (DFT) Dilaksanakan apabila memulakan kerja ukur baru dan jika semakan harian melebihi had m, maka pengukur hendaklah menjalankan differential field test ke atas edm yang digunakannya. ini adalah perlu untuk mempastikan bahawa alat tersebut masih berada dalam keadaan baik. 13

14 Differential Field Test (DFT) i. Differential Field Test hendaklah dijalankan setiap kali memulakan kerja baru. ii. Bagi kerja yang bermula dengan menggunakan dua (2) tanda Cadastral Reference Mark yang saling nampak, Differential Field Test hendaklah dibuat di atas garisan yang menyambungkan kedua-dua tanda Cadastral Reference Mark tersebut. iii. Sekiranya wujud perbezaan jarak di antara cerapan terus menggunakan Total Station berbanding hasil kiraan dua (2) tanda Cadastral Reference Mark, jarak hasil kiraan dua tanda Cadastral Reference Mark hendaklah digunapakai sebagai jarak muktamad garisan tersebut. Had perbezaan yang dibenarkan adalah tidak melebihi meter. 14

15 Differential Field Test (DFT) iv. Bagi perbezaan melebihi had meter, tindakan berikut hendaklah diambil jika: (a) Differential Field Test berada dalam had meter, penentuan Cadastral Reference Mark perlu dilakukan semula. (b) Differential Field Test tidak berada dalam had, alat total station tersebut perlu dibuat kalibrasi. 15

18 Cerapan Sudut, Bearing & Jarak Setiap ukuran bolehlah bermula sama ada daripada bearing anggaran, bearing kompas prismatik, bearing cerapan matahari atau nilai-nilai lama dari Surihan Kerjaluar atau Pelan Pra-hitungan. Ukuran juga bolehlah bermula dari sekurang-kurangnya dua (2) stesen Cadastral Reference Mark yang berada dalam keadaan baik serta merentasi kawasan ukuran. 18

19 Cerapan Sudut, Bearing & Jarak Bagi kerja ukuran di kawasan-kawasan berikut hendaklah bermula dengan sekurang-kurangnya dua (2) tanda Cadastral Reference Mark serta perlu diikat kepada satu tanda lama atau satu lagi tanda Cadastral Reference Mark yang merentasi kawasan ukuran: i. Kawasan tersebut tidak mempunyai NDCDB; ii. Kawasan tersebut terdiri daripada ukuran kelas 3 atau ukuran demarkasi; dan iii. Kawasan tersebut merupakan kawasan yang tidak terlibat dengan proses recoordination dan repopulation (R&R) yang telah dilakukan oleh pihak JUPEM. 19

20 Cerapan Sudut, Bearing & Jarak Cerapan bearing atau sudut mendatar bagi setiap ukuran hendaklah dibuat pada dua (2) penyilang iaitu penyilang kiri dan penyilang kanan dengan cerapan penyilang kiri didahulukan. Cerapan bearing atau sudut mendatar hendaklah direkodkan kepada 01 terhampir. Perbezaan di antara bacaan penyilang kiri dan bacaan penyilang kanan hendaklah tidak melebihi 20. Jika melebihi had tersebut, cerapan semula perlu dilakukan. 20

21 Cerapan Sudut, Bearing & Jarak Cerapan sudut pugak pertama pada setiap hari hendaklah dibaca di kedua-dua penyilang dan direkodkan kepada 01 terhampir. Perbezaan di antara bacaan keduadua penyilang hendaklah tidak melebihi 01. Jika melebihi had tersebut, cerapan semula perlu dilakukan. Jarak garisan yang digunakan untuk membawa bearing ke hadapan hendaklah bersesuaian dengan keperluan dan keupayaan alat serta boleh menjamin kejituan cerapan bearing bagi sesuatu ukuran. 21

22 Cerapan Sudut, Bearing & Jarak Cerapan jarak sempadan seboleh-bolehnya hendaklah dibuat secara terus sama ada secara mendatar atau jarak cerun, tetapi jarak muktamad mestilah merupakan jarak mendatar. Cerapan jarak hendaklah dibaca pada kedua-dua penyilang dan direkodkan kepada meter terhampir di mana perbezaan yang dibenarkan adalah tidak melebihi meter. Cerapan jarak hendaklah menggunakan peralatan dan perisian yang membolehkannya direkod secara automatik. Sebarang kemasukan data secara manual (key-in) adalah dilarang sama sekali. 22

23 Cerapan Sudut, Bearing & Jarak Bagi ukuran di kawasan tinggi dan melibatkan garisan panjang, pembetulan bagi nilai ketinggian atas aras laut min, pembiasan dan kelengkungan bumi hendaklah dihitung kepada meter terhampir : (B-L) = BH (R+H) Di mana : R = Jejari Sferoid H = Ketinggian dan Aras Laut Min B = Jarak terlaras L = Jarak atas Sferoid B- L = Jarak muktamad 23

24 Semakan Sudut dan Jarak Semakan sudut dan jarak kepada tanda sempadan perlu dilakukan bagi garisan sempadan dan garisan sambungan yang tergantung (hanging) kecuali terdapat nilai-nilai ukuran lama yang mencukupi bagi membuktikan kedudukan tanda sempadan berkenaan berada dalam keadaan asal. Semakan sudut bagi garisan tergantung adalah memadai dibuat pada satu penyilang berdasarkan rujukan bearing yang berlainan, dengan had perbezaan bearing semakan berbanding nilai cerapan, tidak melebihi 01. Ofset cerapan jarak kepada kedudukan tanam pastian atau gantian tanda sempadan hendaklah dilakukan seberapa dekat yang boleh dan kedudukan stesen terabas, dan sewajarnya tidak melebihi 20 meter. Semua ukur jarak garisan perlu disemak sama ada secara cerapan berperingkat (part by part) atau dengan mengubah sudut pugak atau pun dibuat mengikut arah bertentangan. 24

27 Ukuran Ofset Ukuran ofset, di mana perlu, hendaklah dibuat untuk membolehkan butiran kekal ditunjukkan di atas Pelan Akui (PA) dan bagi menambah maklumat di dalam lapisan GIS Layer Management System (GLMS), mengikut pendekatanpendekatan berikut: i. bagi laluan yang sedia ada di atas tanah, ukuran ofset hendaklah diambil pada bahagian kiri dan kanan laluan tersebut selagi ianya melibatkan lot yang diukur; ii. bagi halangan yang berdekatan dengan tanda rujukan untuk posisi tiada tanda, ukuran ofset perlu diambil cukup sekadar untuk membuktikan halangan tersebut menyebabkan posisi tiada tanda terpaksa dibuat; 27

28 Ukuran Ofset iii. untuk bangunan atau sebarang binaan kekal yang berada di dalam lot, ukuran ofset perlu diambil mengikut bentuk bangunan atau struktur binaan kekal yang berkenaan; iv. ofset yang diambil hendaklah dinyatakan; v. butiran-butiran kekal lain yang perlu diambil ofsetnya termasuklah sungai, tasik, laluan sistem pengangkutan atau laluan talian hantaran elektrik dan menara yang terdapat berhampiran dengan garisan ukuran; dan vi. ofset terhadap butiran yang berbentuk arc hendaklah diambil sekurang-kurangnya pada setiap jarak 2 meter agar bentuk arch tersebut dapat diplotkan. 28

29 Ukuran Ofset Ukuran ofset kepada butiran semulajadi atau buatan hendaklah diambil dengan kaedah cerapan bearing dan jarak sahaja dan, memadai dibuat pada satu (1) penyilang sahaja kepada 01 terhampir. Moss Genio Code bagi ofset butiran tersebut hendaklah mengikut Malaysian Standard Geographic Information/ Geomatic, MS 1759 : 2004 (Feature and attribute codes). 29

31 Kaedah Untuk Menanam Tanda Sempadan Baru i. Tanda sempadan baru hendaklah ditanam seberapa hampir yang boleh dari kedudukan stesen terabas dan sewajarnya tidak melebihi 300 meter berdasarkan kepada koordinat yang telah ditetapkan dalam pelan pra hitungan atau dalam pelan surihan kerjaluar. ii. Kaedah melalui GNSS boleh juga digunakan untuk menanam tanda sempadan baru berdasarkan kepada koordinat yang telah ditetapkan dalam pelan pra hitungan atau dalam pelan surihan kerjaluar. iii. Sebarang perbezaan bentuk atau luas yang melebihi daripada had yang dibenarkan, persetujuan daripada Pentadbir Tanah Daerah hendaklah diperolehi terlebih dahulu. 31

Pemasangan tanda sempadan hendaklah ditanam sebelum atau semasa ukuran dijalankan dengan menggunakan tanda-tanda sempadan mengikut kaedah yang ditetapkan oleh Jabatan. ii. Pemasangan tanda sempadan di atas permukaan lain hendaklah dibuat dengan jelas, kemas dan kekal di dalam tanah dan bahagian atasnya hendaklah berada pada ketinggian tidak melebihi lapan (8) sentimeter di atas permukaan tanah. 32

Tanda atas garisan (on-line) (a) Jika tanda sempadan baru perlu ditanam di atas garisan lama, memadai tanda-tanda sempadan tersebut ditanam berdasarkan kepada koordinat yang telah ditetapkan dalam pelan pra hitungan atau dalam pelan surihan kerjaluar atau koordinat asal (NDCDB). (b) Bearing dan jarak antara tanda sempadan atas garisan tersebut diperolehi daripada kiraan oleh sistem. (c) Had perbezaan bearing baru yang dikira berbanding nilai asal hendaklah tidak melebihi

34 Kaedah Penandaan Batu Sempadan iv. Tiada Tanda (T.T.) Jika kedudukan sempadan berada di lokasi yang tidak boleh ditandakan, kaedah Tiada Tanda (T.T.) hendaklah digunakan seperti berikut: (a) Tanda-tanda rujukan kekal hendaklah ditanam bagi membolehkan kedudukan tanda sempadan yang sebenar ditentukan; dan (b) Tanda-tanda rujukan kekal tersebut hendaklah ditanam di atas garisan yang membentuk persilangan sempadan-sempadan berkenaan, seberapa hampir kepada butiran penghalang. 34

36 Kaedah Penandaan Batu Sempadan v. Jarak antara tanda sempadan (a) Tanda-tanda di atas sempadan lurus hendaklah ditanam pada sela yang tidak melebihi 300 meter jika tanda-tanda tersebut saling nampak atau pada sela tidak melebihi 200 meter jika tidak saling nampak. (b) Garisan-garisan sempadan mengikut lengkung hendaklah ditandakan di hujung perentas supaya jarak normal dari lengkung tersebut ke garisan perentas tidak melebihi 0.2 meter. 36

37 Kaedah Penandaan Cadastral Reference Mark (CRM) Ukuran kadaster boleh dilakukan dengan membuat ikatan kepada stesen Cadastral Reference Mark atau tanda sempadan lama yang telah disahkan berkedudukan asal. Terabas hendaklah ditutup kepada stesen Cadastral Reference Mark berdekatan atau tanda-tanda lama yang disahkan di dalam kedudukan asal tidak melebihi 25 stesen atau kawalan bearing dilakukan dengan cerapan astronomi. 37

38 Kaedah Penandaan Cadastral Reference Mark (CRM) Bagi kawasan pembangunan baru iaitu kawasan pembangunan perumahan dan komersial, stesen Cadastral Reference Mark dengan grid maksimum bersela 500 meter x 500 meter atau stesen Cadastral Reference Mark sedia ada perlulah diwujudkan bagi tujuan kawalan kepada terabas. i. Bagi memudahkan pasukan kerjaluar menjalankan kerja pengukuran, Cadastral Reference Mark hendaklah ditandakan terlebih dahulu sebelum pasukan kerjaluar pergi menjalankan kerja pengukuran di lapangan. 38

39 Kaedah Penandaan Cadastral Reference Mark (CRM) ii. Bilangan tanda Cadastral Reference Mark hendaklah mengikut seperti mana yang dinyatakan dalam datum ukuran. iii. Cadastral Reference Mark ini juga hendaklah ditandakan berhampiran dengan kawasan atau lot yang hendak diukur dan penandaan kedua-dua tanda Cadastral Reference Mark ini seboleh-bolehnya merentasi lot yang hendak diukur. iv. Nombor siri tanda Cadastral Reference Mark adalah dijana oleh sistem yang dibangunkan dan berdasarkan nombor fail ukur. 39

40 Kaedah Penandaan Cadastral Reference Mark (CRM) v. Ciri-ciri lain yang perlu diberikan perhatian ketika menentukan lokasi pemilihan tanda CRM adalah: (a) Cut off angle di sekeliling kawasan tanda Cadastral Reference Mark hendaklah sekurang-kurangnya 15 o ; (b) Punca-punca yang memberi kesan gangguan kepada penerimaan gelombang satelit seperti pencawang letrik, stesen radio, stesen radar dan stesen telekomunikasi hendaklah dielakkan; 40

41 Kaedah Penandaan Cadastral Reference Mark (CRM) (c) Lokasi tanda Cadastral Reference Mark hendaklah jauh (tidak kurang daripada 50 meter) dari bahan yang boleh menyebabkan pantulan gelombang satelit seperti bangunan tinggi, dinding, bumbung besi dan kolam; (d) Tanda Cadastral Reference Mark hendaklah dibuat di tempat yang seberapa selamat yang boleh; dan (e) Permukaan tanah di sekitar tanda Cadastral Reference Mark hendaklah stabil. 41

43 Perancangan Selepas Kerjaluar Pastikan alat disimpan berkeadaan baik. Pastikan tikaian maksimum memuaskan. Dapatkan nilai bering dan jarak muktamad untuk hitungan luas dan koordinat serta memproses data untuk penyediaan pelotan. 43

44 Tikaian Ukuran i. Tikaian maksimum yang dibenarkan dalam ukuran kadaster adalah sebagaimana berikut: (a) 15 n di mana n adalah bilangan stesen; (b) bagi ukuran GNSS tikaian yang dibenarkan untuk sesuatu garisan adalah tidak melebihi 10 mm atau ketepatan relatif yang tidak melebihi daripada (a + bl) mm di mana a = 5 mm, b = 2 ppm dan L adalah jarak garisan asas dalam kilometer; dan (c) tikaian bagi ukuran aras stratum hendaklah tidak lebih daripada K meter, di mana K adalah jumlah jarak dalam kilometer. 44

45 Tikaian Ukuran ii. Tiada apa-apa dalam Pekeliling ini yang menghalang Pengarah Ukur daripada menggunakan budi bicaranya untuk menerima ukuran yang tikaiannya tidak menepati kehendak di atas dengan alasan yang munasabah. iii. Pemberat (Weightage) Sama ada sesuatu kerja itu boleh diterima oleh sistem juga bergantung kepada pemberat yang ditetapkan di dalam perisian pemprosesan. Pemberat yang ditetapkan adalah seperti berikut : (a) Bagi bearing, pemberat yang ditetapkan adalah 15 saat; (b) Bagi jarak, pemberat yang ditetapkan adalah meter; dan (c) Bagi CRM held fixed, pemberat yang ditetapkan adalah meter bagi komponen utaraan dan timuran. 45

46 Perbezaan Keluasan yang Dibenarkan Pegawai Ukur atau Juruukur Tanah Berlesen hendaklah memaklumkan kepada Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan apaapa perbezaan antara luas diukur dengan luas yang diluluskan yang melebihi had. Jika terdapat perbezaan ketara antara keluasan tersebut, Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan atau Juruukur Tanah Berlesen hendaklah merujuk perkara tersebut kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri melalui Pentadbir Tanah. 46

47 Perbezaan Keluasan yang Dibenarkan Had penerimaan perbezaan keluasan yang diukur berbanding keluasan yang diluluskan oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri (PBN) adalah seperti berikut: i. tidak melebihi 5 % bagi luas di bawah 40 hektar; ii. tidak melebihi 2 hektar bagi luas antara 40 hektar dan 200 hektar; dan iii. tidak melebihi 1 % bagi luas melebihi 200 hektar. 47

48 Perbezaan Keluasan yang Dibenarkan Prosedur yang dinyatakan di atas tidak terpakai dalam keadaan di mana lot yang diukur dilingkungi oleh sempadan-sempadan lama. Perbezaan yang melebihi had yang dinyatakan di atas hendaklah dirujuk kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri melalui Pentadbir Tanah oleh Pengarah Ukur Dan Pemetaan Negeri atau Jurukut Tanah Berlesen, di mana berkaitan. 48

54 Concept Of Survey Traverse Whole To Part A good survey work is to make the main survey loop and then follow by sub-loop. To minimize the despersion in angle. 54

60 Daily Check To be carried out at site, every starting of surveying work. The method is to re-measure the distance of last measured line done yesterday. Survey work can be continued if the distance is less than 10 mm otherwise the DFT process should be carried out. 60

61 Daily Check i. Daily check should be carried out daily before continue the survey work to ensure the instrument is in good condition. ii. The difference between the measured distance compared to the previous day's observations should not exceed 10 millimeters. iii. For GNSS instrument, daily check should be made as well. 61

62 Differential Field Test (DFT) To be carried out every time start a new survey work. DFT to be carried out at site when daily check have a difference of 10 mm each time start a new survey line. It is to check whether the instrument still in good condition to use. 62

63 Differential Field Test (DFT) i. Differential Field Test must be conducted every time when start a new survey work. ii. iii. For survey work that start with two (2) visible Cadastral Reference Mark, Differential Field Test should be made on the line that connects both Cadastral Reference Marks. If there is a difference between direct observation using Total Station versus the calculated result of two (2) Cadastral Reference Mark, the distance of the calculated two Cadastral Reference Marks shall be adopted as the ultimate distance of the line. The permissible difference limit is not more than meters. 63

64 Differential Field Test (DFT) iv. For differences above the limit of meter, the following action shall be taken if: (A) Differential Field Test is within the limit of meter, the Cadastral Reference Mark determination needs to be resurvey. (B) Differential Field Test is not within the limits, the total station must be calibrated. 64

67 Angle, Bearing & Distance Observation Each survey may start whether from an assume bearing, prismatic compass bearing, solar observation bearing or any old value from field sketch or pre-computation plan. Survey also may start from at least two (2) Cadastral Reference Marks which located in good position and crossing the surveyed area. 67

68 Angle, Bearing & Distance Observation For any survey done in the area listed below may start with at least two (2) Cadastral Reference Marks and need to tie to old boundary mark or other Cadastral Boundary Mark which cross the survey area : i. Area without NDCDB; ii. Area still consist of 3rd class survey or demarcation survey; and iii. Area which not involve in re-coordination and repopulation (R&R) process by JUPEM. 68

69 Angle, Bearing & Distance Observation Horizontal bearing or angle observations of each survey shall be made on two (2) circle i.e circle left and circle right with the left circle come first. 70 Angle, Bearing & Distance Observation The first vertical observation for each day should be read on both sides of the circle and recorded to nearest 01. The difference between the readings of the two circles shall not exceed 01'. If it exceeds the limit, re-observation is required. The distance of the line which used to carry the bearing forward shall be in accordance with the requirements and capabilities of the instrument and shall ensure the accuracy of the bearing observed and measured. 70

71 Angle, Bearing & Distance Observation Distance of boundary observation should be observed direct whether horizontal or slope but final distance must be a horizontal distance. Distance observation shall be read on both circle and recorded to the nearest meter where permissible difference shall not exceed meter. Distance observation should use instrument and software that allowed it to be recorded automatically. Key-in entry is strictly prohibited. 71

72 Angle, Bearing & Distance Observation For measurements in high areas and involving long lines, correction for elevation values of mean sea level, refraction and curvature of the earth shall be calculated to the nearest meter : (B-L) = BH (R+H) Where : R = Sferoid Radius H = Height and mean sea level B = Adjusted distance L = Distance on Sferoid B- L = Final distance 72

73 Angle & Bearing Checking Angle and bearing checking on boundary marks should be done on hanging traverse line and connection line except those with enough old values to proof the boundary mark is in good position. Angle checking for hanging traverse line with single circle based on difference bearing with limits on the value of angle checking compare to original observation value not more than 01. Offset for distance measurement to refixation marks to be done as closer possible and traverse station point not more than 20 meter. All surveyed distance should be checked whether through part by part observation or with difference vertical angle or from the difference direction. 73

76 Offset Survey Offset survey, where necessary, shall be made to enable the details shown on the Certified Plan (PA) and to add the information in the GIS Layer Management System (GLMS), in accordance with the following approaches: i. for existing lines on the ground, the offset survey must be taken on the left and right of the path as long as it involves a surveyed lot; ii. for barrier adjacent to the reference mark for no mark, the offset survey should be just enough to prove the obstruction causes the position had made no mark; 76

77 Offset Survey iii. for building or any other permanent structure inside the lot, the offset survey must be taken in the form of buildings or structures remain concerned; iv. offsets taken to be specified; v. Other details remain to be taken offset includes rivers, lakes, paths or routes of transport system of electric transmission line and towers that are close to the survey line; and vi. offset against the 'arc' should be taken at least every 2 meters in order to form the arch. 77

80 Methods To Plant New Boundary Mark i. New boundary mark should be planted as nearly as may from traverse stations and should not exceed 300 meters based on the coordinates set out in the pre computation plan or field survey plan. ii. Methods by GNSS can also be used to plant new boundary marks based on the coordinates set out in the plan pre computation plan or of field survey plan. iii. Any differences that excess of the permissible limit of area, the approval of the District Land Administrator shall be obtained. 80

81 Methods To Plant Boundary Mark i. Boundary marks shall be planted before or during survey carried out using boundary marks according to the method prescribed by the Department. ii. Boundary marks on the surface of another must be clearly plant, permanently in the ground and the tops shall be at a height of not more than eight (8) inches above ground level. 81

82 Methods To Plant Boundary Mark iii. On-line mark (a) If a new boundary mark need to plant on existing lines, adequate boundary mark can be planted by coordinates set out in the pre computation plan or field survey plan or NDCDB coordinate. (b) Bearing and distance between the on-line boundary marks is derived from system calculations. (c) Limits of new calculated bearing compared to the original value shall not exceed 20''. 82

83 Methods To Plant Boundary Mark iv. No Mark (T.T.) If the position of the boundary is in a location that can not be plant, No Mark (TT) shall be applied as follows: (a) Permanent reference marks should be planted to enable the boundary mark to be planted in future; and (b) Permanent reference should be planted on the line that forms the crossing of boundary, as near to the object. 83

85 Methods To Plant Boundary Mark v. Distance between the boundary (a) The marks on the boundary line should be planted at intervals of not more than 300 meters away if marks visible each other or at intervals of not more than 200 meters if they are not visible. (b) Boundaries lines shall be marked follow the curve at the end of the chord so normal distance from the curve to the chord line does not exceed 0.2 meters. 85

86 Methods To Plant Cadastral Reference Mark (CRM) Cadastral surveys can be done by tie to the Cadastral Reference Mark station or old boundary mark which proof in good position. Traverses should be closed to the adjacent Cadastral Reference Mark station or old boundary mark which proof in good position that not more than 25 stations or with solar observations. 86

87 Methods To Plant Cadastral Reference Mark (CRM) For new development residential and commercial areas, the Cadastral Reference Mark station with a maximum grid interval of 500 meters x 500 meters or existing Cadastral Reference Mark station must be created for the purposes of traverse control. i. To facilitate the survey work, Cadastral Reference Mark to be marked prior to field survey team went to work on field. 87

88 Methods To Plant Cadastral Reference Mark (CRM) ii. Number of Cadastral Reference Mark shall be as stated in the survey datum. iii. Cadastral Reference Mark should also be marked near to the area or lot to be measured and the marking of both Cadastral Reference Mark if possible, across the lot to be surveyed. iv. Serial number of Cadastral Reference Mark is generated by systems and based on the survey file number. 88

Other features to be considered when determining the location of CRM are: (a) Cut off angle around the Cadastral Reference Mark must be at least 15 ; (b) The causes that affect interference to the reception of satellite waves as electrical substations, radio stations, radar stations and telecommunication stations should be avoided; 89

90 Methods To Plant Cadastral Reference Mark (CRM) (c) Location Cadastral Reference Mark shall far away (not less than 50 meters) from material which may cause reflections satellite waves such as tall buildings, walls, roof and an iron; (d) Cadastral Reference Mark must be made in a place that is as safe as possible; and (e) Soil Surface around the Cadastral Reference Mark should be stable. 90

93 Allowance Misclosure i. The maximum allowance misclosure in the cadastral survey is as follows: (a) 15 " n where " n is the number of stations; (b) for GNSS, allowance misclosure for a line is not more than 10 mm or relative accuracy of not more than (a + bl) mm where a = 5 mm, b = 2 ppm and L is the base line distance in kilometres; and (c) allowance misclosure for stratum shall be not more than K meter, where "K" is the total distance in kilometres. 93

94 Allowance Misclosure ii. Nothing in this Circular which prevents the Director of Survey of discretion to accept allowance misclosure that does not meet the above requirements with reasonable points. iii. Weightage Whether a work can be accepted by the system also depends on the Weightage set in the software. The weights assigned are as follows: (a) For the bearing, Weightage set is 15 seconds; (b) For distances, Weightage set is meters; and (c) For the CRM held fixed, Weightage fix is meters for north and east component. 94

95 Dirrefences Of Area Allowed Survey Officer or Licensed Land Surveyor shall inform the Director of Survey and Mapping, any difference between the surveyed area with an area exceeding the approved limit. If there are significant differences between the size, the Director of Survey and Mapping or Licensed Land Surveyor shall refer the matter to the State Authority through the Land Administrator. 95

96 Dirrefences Of Area Allowed Limit of area of the measured compared to the approved by the State Authority (PBN) is as follows: i. not exceed 5% of the area under 40 hectares; ii. not more than 2 hectares of area between 40 hectares and 200 hectares; and iii. not exceeding 1% of area for over 200 hectares. 96

97 Dirrefences Of Area Allowed The procedure described above shall not apply in cases where the lot is surveyed bounded by the old boundary marks. Differences that exceed the limits specified above shall be referred to the State Authority through the Land Administrator by the State Director of Survey and Mapping or Licensed Land Surveyor, where applicable. 97
