7 Darlington Downs Structural improvements Minimal structural improvements with two older dwellings. One 3 bedroom hardi-plank in fair condition with a garage shed adjoining and fenced yard. and the older original weatherboard home also with a timber framed shed adjoining. The main homestead was built pre WWII in only average to poor maintained condition. The property requires a new set of cattle yards, with the existing old set relying on portable panels to handle and load stock. A workable 4 stand Shearing shed and sheep yards. Carrying capacity The property has in recent times been running a mix of sheep and cattle and would be considered capable of running 400 to 500 AE in season. At presently approx. stocked with 100 breeders and just under 1000 sheep. Areas have grown cash and fodder crops approx. 30 years ago. These paddocks would not require major works to return to cultivation. Stocking numbers can be increased with pasture development.
