ORDINANCES FIRST READING: B. BOND ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE ACQUISITION OF VARIOUS PROPERTIES FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES IN, BY AND FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF WOODBRIDGE, TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF $1,950,000 TO PAY THE COST THEREOF, TO MAKE A DOWN PAYMENT, TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS TO FINANCE SUCH APPROPRIATION AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES IN ANTICIPATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH BONDS. AMENDING CHAPTER 7, SECTION 7-26 TURN PROHIBITIONS - TO ADD NO PERSON SHALL MAKE A TURN LISTED: RAHWAY AVENUE, LEFT TURN NORTHBOUND FROM RAHWAY AVENUE INTO 987 RAHWAY AVENUE, AND FROM 987 RAHWAY AVENUE ONTO RAHWAY AVENUE NORTHBOUND. E. ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE WHITE ROSE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN

Resolution granting a waiver of the street opening moratorium at Renewal Way in Port Reading, to GS Realty, Inc., to allow the water company to make connections to the home at 553 Renewal Way, and expands the required maintenance period to include the remainder of the moratorium plus an additional one-year thereby ensuring that the Township s recently paved streets remain in good condition. 21. Resolution referring the Affordable Housing Requirements Ordinances to the Township Planning Board for its review and recommendation. 22. Resolution referring White Rose Redevelopment Plan to the Township Planning Board for its review and comment pursuant to the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law. 23.
