10 SUBMARKET OVERVIEW The Atlanta West Side Beltline District Land Market, specifically near the beltline, is doing extremely well and we are seeing an increase in Rental Rates and Prices, While not seeing much new construction. The lack of supply for sale in the area has seen the demand rise and prices continuing to increase. Big pieces are especially in high demand and low supply.
