There is easy access to Bruce Highway, race course a number of beaches, for example, Golden Beach a 5 minute drive away, along with Bulcock Beach with Dicky Beach and Kings Beach another 5 minutes along! Residents and visitors are attracted to Little Mountain simply because it is a great place for kids and pet owners and a great place to live that is near beaches and local towns but without the hustle and bustle of city life. Caloundra Golf Club, Moffat Beach, Caloundra RSL, and local taverns, parks and easy access to shops and Good Life gym are some of many perks to living the quiet life.
