Michael McCormack With more than ten years in property development and construction roles, Michael McCormack brings considerable experience and business acumen to his role at Milieu Property. Michael began his career as a development and construction consultant with a leading Melbourne property firm. He was then development director of a national luxury property developer. Drawing on his extensive industry experience, Michael co-founded Milieu Property with Ross Troon in A registered domestic and commercial building practitioner, Michael is also a Director of Milieu Built, Milieu s related construction company. Ross Troon With over 40 years of experience in property development and construction, Ross Troon brings invaluable design, fabrication and management experience to Milieu Property. As a registered domestic and commercial builder, alongside his prior experience as director of a midscale construction company, Ross has a strong background in managing complex property projects across Australia. Ross is both co-founder of Milieu Built and a Director of Milieu Property. Shannon Peach Throughout his ten years of industry experience, Shannon Peach has managed and delivered many high profile, medium and high-density residential projects across Victoria and Queensland. Educated in business and property law, alongside training in property valuation and development, Shannon s varied skills span acquisitions, feasibility concepts and leading town planning approvals. Melbourne architects, DKO, have created a strong, unique aesthetic that both complements and contributes to the urban fabric articulating a single form through racking angles, a white brick aesthetic and metal-hooded windows. Working with DKO architects, the building s original façade was retained and enhanced by a clean, vertical extension of metal and glass. The perforated shell of its newly built addition plays off the patterned brick of the existing structure and creates a beautifully diffused light effect within its interior spaces, recording the day s passage through the subtle shifting of sun and shade. Ideally placed between Lygon and Swanston Streets, all manner of cultural, culinary and retail offerings are located within walking distance of these warehouse homes, including the extensive grounds of Melbourne University and the changing greenery of Princess and Royal Parks.
