2 Residential Portfolio Models Scott Banks Real Estate Group, through accessing the DomaCom Fund, is offering investors the opportunity to invest in any of a choice of three portfolios of high-value residential properties in premium Melbourne suburbs. The models take advantage of DomaCom s property listing platform that enables investors to make smaller investments and still own a share of high value properties they would otherwise not be able to afford. It works similarly to a property syndication where a small number of investors can join to purchase a property as a group and be issued with units in a sub-fund holding their investment. DomaCom also provides a liquidity facility through its authorisation to make a market, enabling investors to sell (or buy more) units in their existing investment.
