They discussed the Panay Caravan, ATS models evuation, and Marawi-Iligan Damage Assessment. Three students from Makati Science High School consulted about their thesis project on evacuation centers made of bamboo. It was capped by a birthday celebration by one of its members. Page 1 of 34

4 ACTIVITY NO.3 Meeting and Presentation: Liturgic Architecture & Sacred Spaces in the Philippines 30, Tot Attendees 1 Tleres de Arte Granda, Alca de Henares, Madrid To discuss possible collaboration for liturgic projects in Asia Others : Meeting and Presentation Organization Product Ecellence Stephanie Gilles, a Diliman member who heads the UAP committees on Committee on Liturgic Architecture and Sacred Spaces (CLASS) and Guild of Liturgic Designers (GOLD) discussed possible collaboration for liturgic projects with Tleres de Arte Granda, Tleres de Arte Granda is a creature and manufacturer of sacred art pieces based in Alca de Henares in Madrid. Arch. Gilles presented sacred space projects in the Philippines to Granda s eecutive directors for them to see the prevent neoclassic and baroque styles and the inculturation of loc motifs in our loc churches. 5 ACTIVITY NO.4 Collaborative Meetings for Intensive Course on Liturgic Architecture 26, Tot Attendees 1 Pontific University of the Holy Cross, Rome, Ity To discuss a possible collaboration for an Intensive Course on Liturgic Architecture Others : Meeting Organization Product Ecellence Diliman member Stephanie Gilles held two consecutive meetings for a possible collaboration for developing an Intensive Course on Liturgic Architecture. The first meeting was with Rev. Prof. Juan Rego, the Assistant Program Director of the Istituto di Liturgia of the Pontific University of the Holy Cross. A possible collaboration of sending one or two professors from their institution with a minim fee was discussed. The second meeting was conducted with the Director and other professors of the Istituto di Liturgia of the Pontificia Universitaria della Santa Croce. They discussed about details of the course syllabus to take effect by July The content of the syllabus will be further defined with the contribution of other collaborators such as UAP PDC, UAP-CLASS, GOLD, and UST Architecture. 6 ACTIVITY NO.5 The Heart of Work Interdisciplinary Conference 19-20, Tot Attendees 1 Pontificia Universitaria della Santa Croce, Rome, Ity Objective of the Activity To attend eamine the nature of work in Western culture and its roots. Organization Activity in support of the UAP corporate thrust Others : Product Ecellence Eperts from the fields of philosophy, history, sociology and economics attended the interdisciplinary conference entitled The Heart of Work, The Futrue of Work and its Meaning: New Christian Perspectives 500 Years after the Reformation. The conference aims to contribute to the appreciation of work as an activity that perfects the human being, and contributes to his and her happiness and to the progress of society. Page 6 of 34

8 ACTIVITY NO.6 UAP Emergency : Panay Caravan and Induction 13, Tot Attendees 2 Iloilo City To assist in the build up of knowledge regarding Disaster Risk Reduction and Management in the Community Others : Organization Product Ecellence The UAP Emergency headed by Diliman member Stephanie Gilles held the Panay Caravan in Iloilo City to feature select case studies that highlight the role of architects in preparing for and responding to disasters. It was so during this event that 17 new members of the UAP Emergency outside of Metro Manila were inducted. Page 8 of 34

12 ACTIVITY NO.9 UAP CLASS GOLD Meeting 10, Tot Attendees 1 Quezon City To discuss Liturgic Architecture projects with a loc liturgic architect Others : Meeting Organization Product Ecellence The Guild of Liturgic Designers (GOLD) Core Group under the UAP Committee on Liturgic Architecture & Sacred Spaces (UAP CLASS) conducted a meeting with a Liturgic Architect who has designed 80 churches and 20 convents.
