The UAP Makati CBD chapter is composed of young and experience architects who are as eager to know, improve and cope up with challenges that has to offer and opening the grounds to the world.

3 The Business of Architecture lecture series, offered by UAP Makati CBD Chapter, offer short courses that will help improve and broaden knowledge about what architecture profession is together with its allied services. The UAP Makati CBD chapter is composed of young and experience architects who are as eager to know, improve and cope up with challenges that has to offer and opening the grounds to the world. For this lecture series, UAP Makati CBD Chapter invited six (6) architects and environmental planners that will help us understand what Environmental Planning is all about. The lecture is divided into six seminars that will tackle topics on the basic theory and history of environmental planning, land use planning and zoning, urban design in Metro Manila, a road map to maintaining environmental planning, making of a disaster resilient city, and lastly, the global practices in architecture, urban planning, and real estate development.
