1 For immediate release C Cheng Holdings Gains Recognitions at Quality Building Award 2016 (Hong Kong, ) C Cheng Holdings Limited ( C Cheng Holdings or the Group; stock code: 1486), a leading comprehensive architectural service providers in Hong Kong and the PRC, today announced that four projects in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Chengdu run by its subsidiary LWK & Partners (HK) Limited (LWK) have won honours at the Quality Building Award The four LWK projects which garnered awards at the Quality Building Award 2016, a gathering of top professionals in the industry, are the Chengdu International Finance Square (IFS) which won the Grand Award in the Building Outside Hong Kong (Non-Residential) Category, two projects in Hong Kong - Mount One and The Court of Final Appeal, the former received the Merit Award in the Hong Kong Residential (Single Building) Category and the later received the Merit Award in the Hong Kong Building (Renovation / Revitalization) Category, and The Amethyst, Shanghai was presented a Certificate of Finalist in the Building Outside Hong Kong (Residential) Category. LWK was the Heritage Consultant of The Court of Final Appeal and Project Architect of the three other buildings.
