14 The fine print FLOW/Blackstone (current owners of the building) are willing to provide the space in building Tripolis 200 to ScaleUpNation under the following conditions: Starting date - As soon as possible. Target date first scale-ups active per 1 February The core ScaleUpNation team just moved in. Minimum period - Until 31 December 2018, with potential extension(s) until the start of the redevelopment (no tenant protection applicable) after that notice period of 1 month Tenants accept the building in an As-Is state. ScaleUpNation is responsible for: Necessary investments and maintenance in the building related to its use; Insurance with a liability of > 1M (to be approved by our insurance company); All necessary permits required for its use.
