1 Project Details Leopards Rest Security Estate consists of approximately 2500 resedential erven, devided into five development phases. Phase 1 consists of 572 erven and is 99% sold out, phase 2 launched April There is currently only one access controlled entrance to the estate, a second access controlled entrance will be opened after phase 4 is completed. There is a newly built private school in the estate catering for learners from pre school up to Gr 12, the school opened in January 2016 and there are approximately 1400 pupils currently attending. Stands are sold with building packages.
