1 Project Details Leopards Rest Security Estate consists of approximately 2500 resedential erven, devided into five development phases. Phase 1 consists of 572 erven and is 99% sold out, phase 2 launched April There is currently only one access controlled entrance to the estate, a second access controlled entrance will be opened after phase 4 is completed. There is a newly built private school in the estate catering for learners from pre school up to Gr 12, the school opened in January 2016 and there are approximately 1400 pupils currently attending. Stands are sold with building packages. Current entry level 50m² 2 bedroom R Current top of the range 126m² 4 bedroom double story R Features include: Solar geysers Pre paid electricity Security gates Panic system connected to main gate (remote control) All stands are individually walled off with 1.8m pre cast wall Leopards Rest is a security estate with a home owners association and currently the monthly levy is R250 per owner. We don t foresee levies going up too much in future due to the scale of the development and the number of contributors. Future We will develop a second security estate adjacent to Leopards Rest on the same model with a private school as well. This estate will consist of approximately 1800 residential erven. Locality Leopards Rest is situated on the corner of Kliprivier Road and the R59 Freeway in Albertsdal, Alberton in the south of Johannesburg. As the site borders the R59 freeway most major Johannesburg destinations are quickly and easily reachable. Johannesburg CBD is an easy 17minutes commute, Sandton and OR Tambo International Airport can be reached in approximately 25 minutes. The surrounding suburbs are very well established with more than enough amenities.
