Ordinance No (Ward 15/Councilmember Zone): Designating Fir Street (Anshe Emeth) Cemetery as a Cleveland Landmark. 3. Ordinance No (Ward 3/Councilmember McCormack): Authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into a Lease By Way of Concession with the Cleveland National Airshow, Inc. for the use of certain portions of office space, airfield and airport facilities at Cleveland Burke Lakefront Airport to conduct an air show and related events, for a period of two years with three one-year options to renew, the first of which requires additional legislative authority. 4. Ordinance No (Ward 17/Councilmember Keane): Determining the method of making the public improvement of constructing the new terminal storm sewer pumps

2 at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport; authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into one or more public improvement contracts to construct the improvement; and authorizing the director to employ one or more professional consultants necessary to design the improvement. 5. Ordinance No (Ward 17/Councilmember Keane): Determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating existing landside roadway pavements at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport; authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into one or more public improvement contracts to construct the improvement; and authorizing the director to employ one or more professional consultants necessary to design the improvement. 6. Ordinance No (Ward 17/Councilmember Keane): Determining the method of making the public improvement of replacing the cooling chiller system and associated appurtenances at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport; authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into one or more public improvement contracts to construct the improvement; and authorizing the director to employ one or more professional consultants necessary to design the improvement. 7. Ordinance No (Citywide Introduced by Councilmembers Brancatelli and Kelley by departmental request): Authorizing the Director of City Planning to apply for and accept grants from the Ohio Department of Transportation for the 2018 Safe Routes to School Program; authorizing contracts and agreements with the State of Ohio, Cleveland Metropolitan School District, and other entities needed to implement the grant; and to apply for and accept grants or gifts from any public or private entity to implement this ordinance. 3. Resolution No (Ward 17/Councilmember Keane): Approving the continuation of the Cleveland Kamm s Area Special Improvement District as a Special Improvement District in the City; accepting petitions from owners of property in the District; approving a new plan for public services; declaring it necessary to provide safety, cleaning, and other services for the District; and proving for the assessment of the cost of such work upon benefited property in the District; and declaring an emergency. 4.
