Discuss the City s policy on Beautification Agreements and proposed policy changes. 4. Pursuant to Section of the Texas Government Code, the City Council will meet in executive session to seek the advice of the City Attorney on pending litigation, including, but not limited to Vasquez and Gonzalez v. RESOLUTIONS R: Consider adopting a resolution repealing Resolution No R and authorizing the City to enter into memorandums of agreement with developers, property owners associations, and homeowners associations to encourage the landscaping and beautification of public rights-of-way and other City-owned property R: Consider adopting a resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with Kasberg, Patrick and Associates, LP, for services required to develop a concept design for the areas of Central and Adams Avenues, from BNSF yard bridges to 3 rd Street, and the Santa Fe Plaza, from 11 th Street to 7 th Street and Central Avenue to Avenue A, in an amount not to exceed $217,100.
