It is a very quiet neighborhood. I am looking for a responsible med student or resident to share the house. For one person they would have a furnished bedroom with queen sized bed, their own bathroom and the total use of a smaller bedroom as an office or study area.. There is a large living room dining area and kitchen. The back yard has a deck and looks out to woods. Again it is a quiet area with a two car garage. I am a retired/disabled person with a ptsd service dog. The current rent for this house is $1200 per month, so I would be looking for ½ that and half the utilities ($ to 250 per month) or a flat $800. I would consider a very stable couple, or two individuals (no children allowed and no other pets). With the rent down to $ per person. This person/persons would have to fill out an application and be approved by my landlord and sign a lease. There would be no deposit required as the landlord has held over the deposit from when I and my significant other first rented 2 1/2 years ago. My sig other has left so the only other occupants of the house would be myself and my very friendly shepherd mix dog. I am female, over 60, fairly active, and very quiet.
