Takes me roughly 5-7 minutes to walk to class which also means that a parking permit isn't necessary! I have two cats and a turtle that are both very docile and not very active due to visual impairments. My lease ends at the end of May but I would like to stay another year. You won't need to move in until June, but I will need a commitment by May in order for me to extend my lease of a 2br/2ba.
